Dan has been serving the residents of New York City for 26 years and has more than 30,000 hours experience of one-on-one instruction. He has an exclusive clientele and designs work-outs specific to their needs and goals. Work-outs are usually a combination of stretching, strength, core, balance, and cardiovascular training. Dan will train you in the privacy of your own apartment or building gym. Virtual sessions also available. Clients taken by referral only.
There is no “one size fits all” approach here. Dan will design a workout tailored to your specific needs and goals. In addition to providing the technical support he will motivate you to do those extra repetitions, the one’s you wouldn’t do on your own–the one’s that will give you the results.
